The Augenpraxis Untertor offers you everything for the health of your eyes (diagnostics and surgical therapy), for good vision (clarification and therapy of all kinds of visual impairments) and for a good appearance (plastic and cosmetic surgery).

Impaired vision reduces your quality of life. But fortunately, eye diseases can be cured or at least greatly improved in many cases today. Normally, all operations can be performed by us on an outpatient basis at the Eulach Clinic.

Cataract surgery with insertion of an intraocular lens (IOL)

• Aspheric intraocular lens for contrast optimization
• Blue light filter intraocular lens (additional UV filter) to prevent UV damage
• Toric intraocular lens to compensate for corneal curvature
• Multi/Trifocal intraocular lens with near-far function for extensive independence from glasses
• Add-on intraocular lens for supplementary correction after previous surgery
• Implantable contact lens (ICL) for vision correction if other surgeries or laser are not possible

Intravitreal injections for the treatment of

• Age-related macular degeneration (wet form)
• pathological vascular processes (e.g. after vascular occlusion, pathological myopia)
• retinal damage in the context of diabetes mellitus
• swelling in the area of the sharpest vision (macular edema)

Eyelid surgery

• Excess skin on the upper eyelid ("drooping eyelids" blepharoplasty)
• Eyelid malpositions on the lower eyelid
• Removal of skin tumors, barley grains and fat deposits wing skin (pterygium)
